As far as my wife and I are concerned this business is at the top of the list. Excellent to deal with, staff are technically on top as well as a pleasure to deal with, this includes clarity in emails, reliability and trustworthiness. They spelt out the pros and cons when asked of the different brands. Never did we feel we were "being sold". The good news is what they said is true and we now have experienced the Panasonic unit we bought from them as well as installed by them and it is as they said. We chose what we wanted based on our own research as well as what they advised. No hesitation in recommending them and besides we will be continuing to use them to look after our unit for cleaning and repair if and when needed.
