Return Policy
Our products and services come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent State and Territory legislation. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Dead-On-Arrival or Damaged
If your product damaged in transit, the customer must mark as damaged prior to signing off the Proof of Delivery docket. Please notify our sales/support team within 24 hours.
In the event of a faulty product, please contact our sales/support team with your order number, product description, fault description and advise us of your preferable resolution as repair, replacement or refund.
Our products are non-refundable if opened.
Warranty Claim and Return Authority
All products come standard with 12 months manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated.
It is up to you as the consumer to decide whether to contact our sales/support team or directly contact the manufacturer with respect to your warranty claim.
If a product develops a fault after 14 days from your date for purchase and is within the manufacturer's warranty period, please contact the manufacturer or its authorised service centre for warranty service.
All claims for service not covered by any kind of warranty should be directed to the manufacturer or its authorised service centre.
