Super Multi outdoor units feature Outdoor Unit Quiet Operation and Night Quiet Mode. Pushing the QUIET button on the wireless remote controller decreases ouotdoor unit operation sound by 3dB from the rated operation sound.
Nightime operation sound for the outdoor unit is automatically decreased by 3dB from the rated outdoor sound. This function is available for cooling operation only.
Night Quiet Mode starts automatically when the outdoor temperature has dropped by 6°C from the maximum temperature recorded during the day.
Priority-Room Setting
When this function is set, it is convenient for selecting Inverter Powerful Operation, Outdoor Unit Silent Operation and operation mode. Initial setting is required during installation.
Night Quiet Mode
Outdoor unit operating sound levels are automatically decressed by 3dB from the rated operation sound when the outdoor temperature has dropped by 6°C from the maximum temperature recorded during the day.
