HOW CUSTOMERS CLAIM THEIR PANASONIC EFTPOS CARD
STEP 1: Customers purchase a selected Panasonic Air Conditioning System from a participating dealer between 20 March and 31 July 2017. They must retain their original tax invoice/purchase receipt showing a zero balance for verification purposes. Claims must be lodged and their purchase receipt received within 21 days of the purchase date.
STEP 2: Visit www.panasonic.com.au/extracomfort and complete the online Claim Form.
STEP 3: Print off the Claim Form containing their Claim I.D., attach a copy of their tax invoice/purchase receipt showing a zero balance and mail to:

Note: We will send them updates throughout the process letting them know when their claim has been received, validated and when their Panasonic eftpos card is on its way. We will endeavour to send out all cards within 8 weeks from validation of their claim.
