Panasonic Air Conditioners have topped the industry with the 2014 Canstar Blue ‘Most Satisfied Customers’ award. Air conditioner owners across the nation were surveyed and asked how satisfied they were with their air conditioners. Panasonic achieved the full 5-star rating in the key criteria of Reliability, Value for Money, Energy Efficiency, Appearance, After Sales Service and Overall Satisfaction placing them well ahead of their competitors in the industry.

Global research company Nielsen undertake the research by surveying more than 16,000 household shoppers. It was the Panasonic Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner that stood out to Australian customers, allowing Panasonic to win Product of the Year 2014.
