A/c broke down, rang there office and they said they were booked for 5 weeks so didn't bother with them, but next day they called back i think the guys name was Paul and said i will get you in 6 am next day. Well they turned up fix problem in and was very pleased, plus was cheaper fix than i was first qouted. 5 stars for me. Thanks again Susan
