We have used Aussie Air Conditioning twice now. We went back to them because they did such a good job and were so easy to deal with the first time around. Then, all negotiations were done by phone from Far North Queensland for work on a tenanted Brisbane property. We were happy as landlords and the tenants were contented with the minimal intrusion and end results. After moving into the property ourselves, we wanted extra systems installed and did not hesitate to talk to Aussie again.
Their response was immediate, a site inspection prompt, their prices unbeatable and their business practices, including quotes, contract and invoicing, could not be faulted. The installations have again been done most professionally by knowledgeable, well trained technicians.
