By having your airconditioner serviced on a regular basis you will notice the unit will perform better and will be more cost effective. It will also improve the air quality, reduce airborne bacteria and allergies. Therefore providing a healthier environment.
Ensure that your air conditioning unit is serviced once a year to protect your manufacturer warranty.
Not having the required service may void your warranty.
This price is for an air conditioner that is relatively dirty, if the air conditioner hasnt been serviced for 4 or more years and is very dirty (ie with mould growing inside) then this price may increase.

We also use a steam cleaner to help remove any mould and get into the areas where most cleaning methods cannot (providing a thorough, environmentally friendly alternative to harsh chemical treatments).
Includes:
· Complete strip down and removal of casing indoor unit, including removal of drip tray where possible.· Clean filters.
· Cleaning of external condenser coil.
· Coil clean the indoor evaporater.
· Check refrigerant.
· Temp check.
· Function check.
· Anti mould removal and clean all indoor parts.
· Anti Bacteria and mould spray.
These are non-standard aditional services that may also be required-
· Compressed nitrogen to clean out blocked drains i.e. if airconditioner is dripping water: $35.· Refrigerant to regas units: $50 per Kg, average air conditioner 1-2Kg required.
· Recovery of refrigerant from a non-running system: $85.
· Removal of a split system: $150.
· reakdown call out fee: $125 includes fault find up to 1Hr; $65 per hr after if required.
Recovery of refrigerant if any, disconnect pipework, reflare pipework, nirtogen charge to 1000KPA to check for leaks, vaccum down system and recharge with required refrigerant. Average split system complete job $350.
Standard domestic ducted system services are $250 incl. GST and include:
· Replace return filter.· Cleaning of external unit and coil clean the condensor.
· Check refrigerant.
· Temp check.
· Function check.
Recovery of refrigerant if any, disconnect pipework, reflare pipework, nirtogen charge to 1000KPA to check for leaks, vaccum down system and recharge with required refrigerant. Average Ducted system complete job $450.

This maintenance program will be for the main Air conditioning systems on the premises. Systems to be cleaned and maintained with a allocated day in every month by twelve months of the year. Based on a one year contract, this will include the following;
- Cleaning of all split and ducted air conditioning system where they can be easily accessed, these include air vents and return grilles.
- All filters to be replaced at least every second month depending on use, replacement filters will be charged separately.
- All HP and LP sides on the out door units to be checked to ensure that the correct running pressures/temp are correct. (Refrigerant) If required to be charged separately. Any break down work to be charged separately out side of maintenance contract.
- Running parts to be checked, drive belts, fan blades, motors and mechanical parts greased where necessary. If need replaced and charged accordingly.
- Filter driers to be replaced as required and charged separately.
- Temp check, amperage draw and general data to be recorded on all systems.
- Replacement of insulation on all copper piping to be replaced when necessary and charged.
- Overall maintenance will be carried out on all equipment where major work is not required.
Pricing is based at a rate of $65.00 per hour for labor plus required parts, if needed.
Estimated time for each day of the month will be a 5hr duration for the cleaning and maintenance of the Air Conditioning Systems.
This is estimated on the size of the venue, access, total air vents, return grilles and the number of systems.
